After a 5 day long outage, all of our services have finally been restored but the Grim Reaper doesn't like to be cheated. More trouble lies ahead on the horizon.

After surviving a week of critical hardware and staffing failures, it's finally time to relax with some weekend work. I finally find some time to think about why Servergate happened in the first place.
